The Modern Auditorium at PSIT Pharmacy, Kanpur is a state-of-the-art, centrally air-conditioned facility with Dolby sound technology and a seating capacity of 1,400. Designed to host national and international conferences, seminars, cultural events, guest lectures, and academic programs, it has welcomed numerous renowned personalities from academia, industry, government, and other professional fields, making it one of the premier event venues on campus.

The Conference Hall at PSIT Pharmacy, Kanpur is a spacious, soundproof, and well-equipped venue designed for seminars, workshops, faculty meetings, research discussions, industry interactions, and interactive learning sessions. Smart Classrooms

The Smart Classrooms at PSIT Pharmacy, Kanpur are designed to provide a modern, technology-enabled learning environment that enhances teaching, learning, and research. Located in the G and E Blocks, these spacious, well-ventilated, and fully air-conditioned classrooms have a seating capacity ranging from 64 to 120 students. Each classroom is equipped with LCD projectors, projection screens, podiums, whiteboards, high-speed internet connectivity, and fire safety equipment to support interactive and effective classroom instruction. The institution also ensures a safe, comfortable, and digitally advanced academic environment for students and faculty.

Research Laboratory

The Research Laboratories at PSIT Pharmacy, Kanpur are equipped with modern instruments and well-maintained facilities to support practical learning, scientific research, and pharmaceutical innovation. Designed to provide hands-on experience across various pharmacy disciplines, the laboratories enable students to perform experiments, project work, and research in a safe and organized environment. Pharmaceutics Laboratory
  • Provides hands-on training in the formulation, development, and evaluation of pharmaceutical dosage forms.
  • Equipped with modern instruments, including tablet punching and coating machines, dissolution and disintegration test apparatus, friability tester, hardness tester, pH meter, hot air oven, and digital weighing balances.
  • Features dedicated Preparation Room and Balance Room for experiment setup and accurate weighing.
  • Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all instruments to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Analysis Laboratory
  • Supports practical learning in pharmaceutical analysis, medicinal chemistry, and quality control of pharmaceutical products.
  • Equipped with fume hoods, pH meters, calibrated balances, hot plates, heating mantles, and chemical storage systems.
  • Promotes safe laboratory practices through SOPs, fire safety equipment, first-aid facilities, and laboratory safety guidelines.
Pharmacology Laboratory
  • Provides practical exposure to experimental pharmacology, drug screening, and pharmacological studies.
  • Equipped with Analgesiometer, Actophotometer, Rota Rod Apparatus, Pole Climbing Apparatus, and other essential instruments.
  • Ensures safe laboratory operations through SOPs, proper stock management, and scientific biomedical waste disposal.
Pharmacognosy Laboratory
  • Facilitates practical training in medicinal plant identification, herbal drug evaluation, and phytochemical analysis.
  • Equipped with microscopes, Soxhlet extractor, TLC chamber, UV lamp, muffle furnace, drying oven, and weighing balances.
  • Supports microscopy, extraction, phytochemical screening, powder analysis, and chromatographic studies.
Pathophysiology & Human Anatomy and Physiology Laboratory
  • Provides practical training in human anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and clinical laboratory techniques.
  • Equipped with compound microscopes, spirometer, glucometer, haemocytometer, haemometer, pulse oximeter, sphygmomanometer, and stethoscopes.

Microbiology & Biochemistry Laboratory
  • Supports practical learning in microbiology, biochemistry, aseptic techniques, and microbial analysis.
  • Equipped with Autoclave, Laminar Air Flow, Aseptic Cabinet, BOD Incubator, Hot Air Oven, Water Bath, Antibiotic Zone Reader, Digital Colony Counter, and Magnetic Stirrer.
