PSIT- Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology (Pharmacy) conducted the Student Induction Programme (SPANDAN-25) for newly admitted 1st-year students to help them adapt to the academic environment, understand institutional values, and encourage overall personality development through various activities. The programme was structured into the following modules:
- Universal Human Values (UHV I): Focused on developing ethical values, self-awareness, and a sense of responsibility towards society.
- Physical Health & Activities: Encouraged students to maintain physical fitness, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle through various activities.
- Department Familiarization & Innovation: Introduced students to their respective departments, faculty, and facilities while promoting innovative and research-oriented thinking.
- Local Area Visit: Helped students connect with the local community and understand social responsibilities and surroundings.
- Lectures by Eminent People: Provided motivation and guidance through expert talks from experienced professionals and academicians.
- Proficiency Modules: Aimed at improving communication skills, language proficiency, and technical competencies.
- Literary Activities: Promoted creativity and confidence through activities like debates, presentations, and writing.
