The campus is equipped with a Central Air Conditioning Plant that maintains a comfortable learning environment throughout the year. The system includes centrifugal chillers with capacities of 819 TR and 516 TR, along with three cooling towers (1000-ton and 600-ton capacities) installed. Efficient supply and return ducts ensure uniform cooling across academic buildings.

PSIT Pharmacy promotes renewable energy through its Solar-Powered Hot Water Plant. A total of 8 solar water heating systems with a combined capacity of 49,500 litres are installed on the rooftops of the boys' and girls' hostels, providing an eco-friendly and energy-efficient hot water supply while reducing electricity consumption.

The campus has a Centralized Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Plant with a purification capacity of 30,000 litres per hour, installed on the rooftop. The system delivers safe and hygienic drinking water by removing bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, and other impurities, ensuring the health and well-being of students and staff.

A robust electrical infrastructure with electric substations and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) ensures continuous power for classrooms, laboratories, CCTV surveillance, electronic attendance, security systems, and IT infrastructure. The campus also features EV charging stations that support electric vehicles and promote sustainable transportation.

Student and staff safety is a priority at PSIT Pharmacy. Academic buildings and campus facilities are equipped with modern fire-fighting equipment, including fire extinguishers and essential fire safety systems, in compliance with prescribed safety standards.

The entire campus is monitored 24×7 through a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system. CCTV cameras are installed across academic blocks, common areas, entry and exit points, and hostels to ensure campus security, monitor activities, and enhance student safety.

The Network Cell serves as the institute's central IT hub with a modern ICT server room, high-performance blade servers, firewall protection, 2 Gbps leased internet connectivity, and an optical fibre network. It supports online examinations, the institute ERP portal, internet services, and the EPBAX intercom system.
